Job summary

Zebra Technologies is hiring for an onsite field service role based in Tennessee, with a home base in Nashville. The technician will diagnose, repair, and maintain Zebra devices per service contracts, manage parts and document service activity.

• Work Experience: 1+ years

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and service Zebra devices or solutions per contract requirements.
• Manage parts inventory to meet SLA requirements and ensure availability.
• Record work performed with symptom codes and parts replacement in Zebra systems; maintain logs.
• Communicate status of service/repair to customers and stakeholders; provide basic troubleshooting.
• Demonstrate 6S and participate in continuous improvement activities.
