Job summary

Rivian in California seeks a Service Operations Manager to lead local on-site operations with a servant-leadership approach and a strong focus on customer experience. You will own P&L, WIP, and KPI reporting, collaborate across Service Operations, Sales, Retail, and Delivery teams, and hire and develop staff while upholding Rivian safety and process standards in

• Proven leadership and team management skills.
