Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage P&L, WIP, and customer experience as measured by NPS.
• Lead local operations with servant leadership and hands-on mindset.
• Develop and ensure compliant programs and processes.
• Oversee high-value inventory reconciliation.
• Collaborate with Service Operations, Sales, Retail, and Delivery teams.
• Improve field service operations with cross-functional partners.
• Plan and coordinate logistics and meetings with internal and external parties.
• Build and lead a customer-centric team of technicians and advisors.
• Drive hiring, performance management, and staff development.
• Maintain Rivian safety, cleanliness, and organizational standards.
