Rivian in Florida seeks a Service Operations Manager with high energy and initiative to lead on-ground service programs and a growing field team. You will guide cross-functional collaboration with Service Operations, Sales, Retail, and Delivery teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

• Experience leading automotive/high-tech teams.
• Familiarity with SWOT, Lean, Six Sigma, and Visual Management.

Responsibilities

• Manage P&A, WIP and customer experience as measured by NPS.
• Lead local operations with servant leadership and hands-on approach.
• Ensure programs and processes comply with Rivian objectives.
• Oversee high-value inventory reconciliation.
• Collaborate with Service Ops, Sales, Retail, and Delivery & Field Ops.
• Improve field service operations with cross-functional teams.
• Plan logistics and coordinate meetings with internal and external parties.
• Build a customer-centric team of Technicians, Advisors, and Parts Advisors.
• Oversee hiring, performance management and staff development.
• Foster inclusive Rivian culture and high team morale.
• Establish safe service practices and high standards of safety and organization.
• Develop and report KPI data for Service Centers.
• Guide site leadership and implement RIV EXCEL processes.
• Interact with customers, families, and external partners as needed.
