Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field with 7+ years in field service, calibration, or related ops.
• Experience leading distributed teams and coordinating service delivery across territories is strongly preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean history is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead field service operations to deliver safe, timely, and high-quality on-site calibration and related services.
• Manage Field Service Leads and ~25 Technicians; oversee workforce planning, scheduling, and performance.
• Interface with customers to capture requirements, coordinate delivery, and resolve escalations.
• Develop operating plans, monitor metrics, and partner with Sales/Operations to enable growth.
• Drive continuous improvement using data, lean principles, and root-cause problem solving.
