Job summary

Pace is seeking a Field Service Engineer Manager in Minneapolis to lead a Technical Field Services (TFS) team. You will supervise a group of leaders and specialists, manage open customer projects, and develop the team while ensuring compliance with quality systems.

You will oversee operations, coordinate training, improve processes, and drive KPI and budget adherence. The role combines leadership with hands-on technical oversight in a dynamic field service environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or related field with 5+ years experience.
• Alternative: equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• 3 years of team leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff including hiring, training, and performance.
• Oversees services, procedures, scheduling, inventories, quality, and team coordination.
• Coordinates responses to customer feedback as required.
• Ensures the accuracy of operational databases, reports and related information.
• Participates in KPIs, budgets, timelines, implementations and improvements.
• Promotes and supports the Pace mission.
