Micro-Cap Solutions is seeking a Branch Manager to lead its Northeast operations from Worcester, MA. This hands-on leadership role requires managing field-based teams, coordinating service delivery, and building strong client relationships to drive performance.

You will own workforce planning, scheduling, and deployment, monitor KPIs, manage budgets and profitability, and partner with senior leadership on strategic initiatives to fuel growth in a fast-paced service environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in branch management or general management.
• Background in facilities services or labor-intensive service environments preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage dispersed field-based teams.

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring efficient scheduling, resource allocation, and consistent service delivery.
• Lead and develop a team of field-based employees, supervisors, and operational support personnel.

This is a hands‑on leadership opportunity for an individual with experience managing field‑based teams, coordinating service delivery, building customer relationships, and driving operational performance.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Hands‑on management style with the ability to balance daily execution and longer‑term business priorities.
