Job summary

Promera is seeking a hands-on Field Supervisor to support regional operations in the Boston area. You will start as a field technician onsite, delivering high-quality service, and progressively coordinate local operations, develop technicians, and grow the Boston territory.

The role emphasizes safety, customer service, and evolving responsibilities as the market develops, with opportunities to lead future expansion and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in operations, management, or related field.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Willingness to perform hands-on field work and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training team members.
• Manage scheduling and field deployment, including during emergencies.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships and ensure service quality.
• Lead field activities and provide direction to technicians on site.
• Coordinate with operations and sales to grow the Boston territory.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and company procedures.
