Job summary

Jobot is looking for a Service Manager in West Springfield, MA to lead our Commercial Door & Dock division. You will own dispatch, guide technicians, and personally handle customer escalations from start to resolution.

You will coach staff, schedule calls, track KPIs, coordinate with parts and installation teams, and ensure safety and OSHA compliance. Competitive pay and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a service team (dock & door, industrial equipment, construction, or similar).
• Knowledge of overhead doors, dock levelers, gates, and related mechanical systems.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; able to motivate and hold teams accountable.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support service technicians to deliver safe, high‑quality work.
• Schedule and dispatch service calls for dock equipment, doors, gates, and related systems.
• Act as the main contact for service-related customer issues and escalations.
• Monitor progress, labor hours, and KPIs to keep operations on track.
• Coordinate with parts, sales, and installation teams for seamless service.
• Promote safety culture and OSHA/compliance.
