Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field service operations per policy to install, service, and maintain products in the field.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to ensure top-tier support.
• Conduct site visits and ride-alongs with service staff.
• Develop and evaluate training for personnel.
• Plan and implement efficient operational processes.
• Monitor assets and manage inventory within area of responsibility.
• Ensure on-time reconfiguration and installation schedules with sales orders.
