Job summary

Light & Wonder is seeking a Field Service Operations Manager to administer and manage field service, reconfiguration, distribution, and related departments for a regional facility and satellites. You will coordinate with the Regional Director to ensure efficient service delivery and alignment with company policies.

The role requires at least two years in Field Service, strong leadership and communication, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum two years in Field Service.
Experience managing field service operations.
Willingness to travel on short notice.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinates field service operations to install, convert, service and maintain products in the field.
Communicates with customers and internal departments to promote first-in-class service.
Possibly performs site visits and ride-alongs with service personnel.
Assist with developing and evaluating training for personnel.
Develop and implement operational processes.
Identify field service challenges and help develop solutions with managers.
Develop plans for efficient use of company resources.
Coach, mentor and lead personnel in the region.
