Century Business Products is seeking a Field Service & Networking Technician to install, startup, repair and maintain Century hardware and software solutions at customer sites. You will serve as a technical expert and trusted company representative during service calls and training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Will perform a variety of technical field service duties including new product installations and startup.
• Test, calibrate and verify system and peripheral devices.
• Serve as a professional company representative with exceptional customer service at customer locations.
• Diagnose and perform repairs in a time-efficient manner.
• Promote, build and maintain good customer relations.
• Document machine data, service history and quality information.
• Demonstrate products as needed in support of sales.
• Communicate with managers to ensure customer expectations are met and information is passed to proper parties.
