Job Purpose

Field Service & Networking Technician, your primarily responsibility is providing expertise and technical service and support for our customers by performing field service installation, startup, repairs and maintenance of various Century hardware and software solutions, assisting with or setting the technical direction for varying technical solutions, and serving as a technical expert.

Job Tasks

• Will perform a variety of technical field service related duties involving new product installations including equipment start up, functional testing, and customer training.
• Test, calibrate verify system and peripheral devices.
• Serve as a professional company representative providing exceptional customer service while at customer locations or while in any service support role.
• Diagnose and perform repairs in a time effective manner.
• Promote, build and maintain good customer relations.
• Responsible for documentation of machine data, service history and quality information.

Performance Review

Performance will be reviewed on a periodic basis. An annual performance review will occur discussing historical performance and future planning and strategy.
