Job summary

Bruker is seeking a Field Service Engineer for Bruker Nano Surfaces and Metrology to install, train, diagnose, and maintain high‑performance instrumentation across customer sites. You will guide troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and applications support for complex electro‑mechanical systems.

This role requires strong problem‑solving, customer focus, and the ability to develop new applications with internal teams. Domestic and international travel is required as needed.

Qualifications

Requires strong problem solving and customer-focused approach.
Experience installing, qualifying and training users on complex instruments.
Proven ability to diagnose and resolve electro‑mechanical issues.

Responsibilities

Install and qualify Bruker Nano Surfaces and Metrology instruments and accessories.
Troubleshoot start‑up issues and optimize instrument performance.
Provide post‑sale user and application training and support.
Perform preventative maintenance and recalibration where needed.
Document activities and collaborate with internal/external teams to resolve complex issues.
Travel domestically and internationally for training and support.
