Job summary

Bruker is seeking a Field Service, System, and Applications specialist within Bruker Nano Surfaces and Metrology. This role covers installation, training, diagnostics, and post-sale applications support for our advanced metrology instruments.

You will work with customers to optimize performance, perform preventive maintenance, and train users, with opportunities to develop new applications. Domestic and international travel required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related experience with a technical degree; or 3 years with a Bachelor's; or a Master's with no experience.
• Strong understanding of engineering problem solving and statistics.
• Ability to train customers and work as a technical resource.

Responsibilities

• Install and qualify Bruker instruments and accessories.
• Troubleshoot start-up issues and ensure objectives are met.
• Diagnose instrument problems with customers.
• Provide post-sale training and application support.
• Maintain records in the support database.
• Travel domestically and internationally for training and support.
• Support compliance with export control requirements.
