Qualifications

• Experience installing and training on Bruker instruments.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor metrology and engineering problem solving.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Install, qualify, and upgrade Bruker Nano Surfaces instruments.
• Troubleshoot start-up issues and diagnose instrument problems.
• Train customers on operation and applications.
• Develop solutions with engineering problem solving methods.
• Maintain activity records in service database.
• Perform preventative maintenance and re-certification.
