Bruker Boise is hiring a Field Service Systems/Applications Engineer to install, qualify, and support Nano Surfaces instruments, provide on-site user training, and diagnose complex electro-mechanical issues. The role emphasizes customer interaction, troubleshooting, and system optimization.

The position requires travel domestically and internationally, a valid driver’s license, and a technical degree with 5+ years of related experience or 3 years with a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Technical degree, or 3 years with a Bachelor degree, or a Master’s degree without experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for electro-mechanical hardware/software.
• Ability to train customers and provide application support post-sale.

Responsabilidades

• Install, qualify, and support Bruker Nano Surfaces instruments and accessories.
• Diagnose and resolve complex instrument issues with minimal guidance.
• Perform preventative maintenance and recalibration of instruments.
• Provide post-sale user and application training and support using industry best practices.
