Qualifications

• Ability to communicate clearly and document progress in support databases.

Responsibilities

• Install and qualify Bruker Nano Surfaces and Metrology instruments and accessories.
• Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of start-up and field issues with limited guidance.
• Train users and provide post-sale application support and best practices.
