Job summary

UBEO Business Services in Grapevine, TX is seeking a Field Service Master Technician to join our service team on a full-time basis. You will perform advanced maintenance and repair of office equipment from brands like Xerox, Ricoh, Canon, and Kyocera, while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

This role requires 5+ years of industry experience, a technical background, and strong problem-solving abilities. You will train junior technicians, coordinate with the Field Service Manager, and support

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Associate Degree or technical training preferred.
• A+ Certification or equivalent experience required.
• 6 Manufacturer Training Classes completed.

Responsibilities

• Maximize equipment uptime through timely response and effective and efficient repair.
• Assist with the development of FSATs and FSTs for the Field Service Team.
• Manage assets and resources to achieve targeted financial results.
• Analyze customer needs, recognize business opportunities, and influence sales volume growth.
• Communicate with customers, field service, sales, and management professionally.
• Complete all administrative tasks on time and accurately.
• Provide accurate feedback with call close information and parts usage reporting.
• Perform other activities that support UBEO Field Service operations.
