Job summary

UBEO Business Services in the Dallas–Fort Worth area is seeking a Field Service Master Technician to join our service team. This senior role covers a broad territory, focusing on timely maintenance and repair of office equipment, ensuring high customer satisfaction and maximizing equipment uptime.

We expect strong troubleshooting skills, 5+ years in field service, and completion of technical training. You will mentor junior technicians, coordinate with FSAT/FST resources, and communicate

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Associate degree or equivalent technical training.
• A+ Certification or equivalent experience with 6 manufacturer training classes completed.
• 5+ years industry experience in field service or repairs.
• Production experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maximize equipment uptime with timely repairs and customer training.
• Assist in development of FSATs and FSTs for Field Service Team.
• Manage assets and resources to achieve financial targets.
• Analyze customer needs to identify business opportunities and support sales.
• Communicate professionally with customers, service, sales, and management.
• Complete administrative tasks accurately and on time.
• Provide feedback with call close details, parts usage, and meter readings.
• Support UBEO business services and service organization in other duties.
