UBEO Business Services is seeking a Field Service Master Technician to join our Charleston, SC team. This senior role focuses on maintenance and repair of office equipment, customer satisfaction, and supporting sales through expert service.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in the field, a relevant technical background, and holds A+ certification or equivalent. On-site position with comprehensive benefits and opportunities to advance within a growing organization.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or equivalent technical training.
• A+ Certification (or equivalent experience) completed.
• Six Manufacturer Training Classes completed.
• 5+ years of industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Maximize equipment uptime through timely repair and customer training.
• Assist with FSAT and FST development for the Field Service Team.
• Manage assets and resources to achieve targeted financial results.
• Analyze customer needs and influence sales growth.
• Communicate professionally with customers, field service, sales and administration.
• Complete all administrative duties accurately and on time.
• Provide accurate feedback with call close information and parts usage.
• Perform other activities to support UBEO’s service organization.
