Qualifications

• High School or GED is required.
• Associates degree or equivalent technical training preferred.
• Must have completed Manufacturer Core Basics training.
• Must complete 2 manufacturer training classes.

Responsibilities

• Maximize equipment uptime through timely repair and customer training.
• Manage assets and resources to achieve targeted financial results.
• Analyze customer needs, recognize business opportunities, and influence sales growth.
• Communicate with customers, field service, sales, management and administration professionally.
• Complete all administrative tasks on time and accurately.
• Provide accurate feedback with call close information and meter readings.
• Perform other activities that support UBEO BUSINESS SERVICES.
