Qualifications

• 6 Manufacturer Training Classes completed.
• 5+ years of industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Maximize equipment uptime through timely response and effective repair.
• Assist with FSATs and FSTs assigned to the Field Service Team.
• Manage asset utilization to achieve targeted financial results.
• Analyze customer needs and influence sales volume growth.
• Communicate with customers, field service, sales, and management professionally.
• Complete all administrative aspects of the job on time and error-free.
• Provide accurate feedback with call close information and parts reporting.
• Perform other activities supporting UBEO's service organization.
