Job summary

DOCUmation is seeking a Master Service Technician for its Service department in the DFW area. The role requires technical troubleshooting across multiple copier brands and repair experience with a focus on uptime and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include field service delivery, technical support for teammates, asset management, and accurate administrative work. A valid driver's license, 50 lb lift capability, and ongoing training are expected.

Qualifications

2 year(s): Experience working on Ricoh, Konica-Minolta Copiers/Printers.
Minimum: High School Diploma or GED; AA Degree or equivalent technical training.
Xerox Production training completed or in progress.
A+ / N+ Certification is desirable.
6 Manufacturer Training Classes completed.

Responsibilities

Maximize equipment up-time through timely response and efficient repair.
Support Field Service Team with technical advice and product symptom/solution sharing.
Manage assets and resources to meet financial targets.
Analyze customer needs, identify opportunities, and help grow sales.
Communicate professionally with customers, field service, sales, and admin.
Complete all administrative tasks on time and accurately.
Provide feedback with call close data, parts usage, and meter readings.
Perform other duties to support DOCUmation's service organization.
