BearCom in Evans, CO is seeking a Field Service Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of the Field Service Department in your area. You will lead a team of technicians and installers, coordinating with customers, vendors, and senior management to drive successful installations and service delivery.

The role requires extensive client interaction, strong project management, and hands-on troubleshooting of wireless communication systems.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience overseeing technical teams.
• Experience managing complex project implementations and client interactions.
• Valid driver's license and background checks are part of hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Manage field service projects and service assignments.
• Act as liaison between BearCom techs, Motorola, and end customers.
• Prepare quotes, bids, and schedules for installation/repair tasks.
• Organize and schedule upcoming field work and provide hands-on technical support.
