Job summary

Lunova Group is seeking a Field Service Manager/Superintendent to oversee day‑to‑day service operations across the local Norfolk, VA territory. You will guide field mechanics, collaborate with customers, sales partners, and branch leadership to drive safety, quality, and profitability.

Experience in elevator service is not required; leadership in field service environments such as HVAC, building systems, or industrial service is valued.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory or management experience in elevator service, field service, construction, or a similar technical environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily service operations across assigned routes, ensuring field teams have support and resources to run smoothly.
• Lead, coach, and support field mechanics through jobsite visits, troubleshooting, and ongoing development.
• Monitor service performance, callbacks, labor utilization, and financial results to identify opportunities for efficiency and profitability.
• Build strong customer relationships by addressing service concerns, resolving challenges, and ensuring commitments are met.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and technical teams to identify repair opportunities, coordinate materials, and develop solutions.
• Promote a strong culture of safety and quality, ensuring work meets company expectations and industry standards.
