Job summary

TK Elevator is seeking an experienced Superintendent- Service to lead field service operations in Northern Virginia. You will oversee audits, coordinate with mechanics, and ensure cost-effective service delivery.

The role requires coordinating with sales and management, maintaining compliance with federal and local codes, and ensuring accurate material orders and safety training. On-site leadership in a dynamic, growth-focused environment is essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to write reports, contract proposals and business correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management and customers.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Visit job sites and perform quality audits to ensure efficiency and cost effectiveness.
• Assist mechanics with jobs including troubleshooting and on-the-job training.
• Review route profitability using accounting reports and provide feedback to management.
• Provide input to sales on scope of work and materials needed to bid repairs.
