TK Elevator is seeking an experienced Superintendent-Repair in Norfolk, VA. You will supervise repair operations, schedule work, manage materials and manpower, and ensure safe, cost-efficient performance across the repair department.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; strong communication and leadership skills are essential for coordinating with regional coordinators and customers.

• Ability to write reports and business correspondence.

• Ability to interpret technical instructions and equations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily repair operations run efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Schedule repairs, process material requisitions, and assess manpower needs.
• Lead safety programs, perform safety audits, and promote safe work practices.
• Supervise mechanics and apprentices; conduct site audits and performance management.
• Monitor repair status and reports; review billable and non-billable activity.
