Job summary

Culligan Quench is seeking a Field Service Manager for the Phoenix area to lead a team of Field Service Technicians, manage customer relations, and ensure on-site quality and safety. The FSM will report to the Regional Service Director and support hiring, training, and daily operations across the region.

Salary is $65,000–$70,000 per year, with salary, commission, benefits and incentive awards. Overnight travel may be required; a valid driver’s license and clean record are required.

Qualifications

• 2 - 5 years of management experience.
• Vocational technical school diploma/certification.
• Experience with water filtration, water coolers, ice production equipment, coffee and tea dispensing units.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Field Service Technicians.
• Train new staff in the assigned region.
• Maintain superior customer satisfaction with strong customer management skills.
• Support the Regional Service Director with new hires and onboarding processes.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.
