Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and profitability for a defined territory, leading Field Service Engineers and ensuring SLA commitments.

You will collaborate with NHA service teams to drive improvements and ensure high-quality ATM service across the region. You will optimize technician schedules, mentor staff, manage inventory and timekeeping, and work with bank staff and vendors to deliver reliable, secure service experiences in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5–8 years of field management experience.
• Knowledgeable in the technology services business.
• Ability to travel across the country.
• Strong written and verbal communication; interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage installation, repair, software loading and maintenance of ATMs in territory.
• Optimize FSE schedules to ensure service coverage while controlling costs.
• Ensure best-in-class service delivery by field teams.
• Use data for root-cause analysis with customer/financial impact.
• Schedule FSEs for installations and projects.
• Manage PTO and flex days, and timecards/expenses.
• Maintain SLA compliance and customer relationships.
• Develop and mentor FSEs for career growth.
• Maintain company property and valid driver’s license.
• Handle security requirements and inventory as needed.
