Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5–8 years field management experience.
• Knowledgeable in the technology services business.
• Ability to travel to other areas of the country.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage installation, repair, software loading and maintenance of ATMs or other products in a defined geographic territory.
• Optimize Field Service Engineers (FSE) schedules to ensure adequate service coverage while controlling costs.
• Deliver best-in-class services to customers by all field members.
• Use data to perform root-cause analysis and consider customer/financial impacts.
• Schedule FSEs for installations and projects.
• Manage FSEs, PTO and flex day scheduling.
• Monitor and meet Service Level Agreements for customers.
• Establish excellent relationships with banks and vendors.
• Accountable for inventory and approve timecards/expense reports.
• Develop and mentor FSEs for career growth.
• Work independently with minimal supervision and maintain company property and licenses.
