Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Manager for the Central region based in Chicago, IL. You will oversee day-to-day operations for Field Service Engineers, ensure contract requirements and SLAs are met, and drive profitability across the territory.

You will optimize schedules, mentor FSEs, manage inventory, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver best-in-class service while maintaining cost controls. Travel is required to cover a broad geography.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in the area of specialty or 5-8 years of field management or supervisor experience.
• Knowledgeable in the technology services business.
• Ability to travel to other areas of the country.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to foster a cohesive environment across all channels.
• Create and maintain a positive working environment and relationship with both internal and external customers.
• Possess performance management skills and follow HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and profitability of the assigned territory and Field Service Engineers.
• Ensure SLA requirements are met and coordinate with the NHA service organization.
• Schedule Field Service Engineers for installations, repairs, software loading and maintenance.
• Use data to perform root-cause analysis and focus on customer/financial impact.
• Monitor and manage timecards and field expenses; approve reports.
• Develop and mentor Field Service Engineers for career growth.
• Maintain inventory and company property; manage vendor relationships.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
