Job summary

Packsize is seeking a Resident Service Engineer to install, configure and maintain packaging equipment at customer facilities in Indianapolis, IN. You will troubleshoot, perform routine maintenance, train customers, and build strong customer relationships while coordinating with R&D and QA teams.

The role requires travel, on-call availability, and the ability to work nights on a Mon-Thu 5pm-3:30am schedule. Earned benefits include medical/dental/vision and a comprehensive 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree, Vocational Training or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related area preferred.
• Strong customer service mindset and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Schedule tasks at customer sites and coordinate with client teams.
• Troubleshoot issues using technical drawings and documentation.
• Collaborate with R&D, Software and Quality Engineering teams.
• Perform routine maintenance and emergency service on equipment.
• Install Packsize solutions and train customers on use and maintenance.
• Prepare detailed technical reports and travel arrangements.
