Qualifications

• Bachelor degree/technical education or minimum 3 years experience in troubleshooting electrical/mechanical equipment.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Detail oriented and stress resistant.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site installation, validation and commissioning of Automatic Packaging Solutions Systems.
• Perform hands-on troubleshooting, service and repairs including upgrades.
• Communicate productively with customers and team members.
