Job summary

Quality Labor Management, LLC is seeking a seasoned F&S Service Supervisor in Charleston, SC to lead field technicians and ensure effective service delivery. You will supervise, mentor, and coordinate technical teams, providing both remote and on-site direction to resolve complex issues.

Position requires 5–10 years of fire alarm and security systems experience, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel locally.

Qualifications

• Must have 5–10 years of experience in the fire alarm & security systems industry.
• Prior field experience in fire alarm & security systems is required.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line supervision to F&S Service Technicians, including leadership, direction, and coaching.
• Remote and on-site technical direction and diagnostic assistance to resolve complex failures.
• Assist in scheduling, organizing, and dispatching technicians; ensure timely reporting and documentation.
• Evaluate safety needs and help implement safety policies and training.
• Work with Service Manager on service management software use and device efficiency.
• Implement training on control systems to support service operations.
• Participate in staff evaluations for performance and operational excellence.
