Job summary

Rentokil Pest Control Ltd. is seeking an in-field trainer and supervisor to ensure top-quality pest control service delivery. You will coach service professionals, inspect work for compliance, and conduct quality audits across accounts.

The role requires hands-on field presence with technicians for the majority of the time and the ability to read and interpret safety and operation manuals. A GED or high school diploma is required, with a preference for a 2-year degree.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of industry experience required.
• 3+ years of industry experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Basic communication skills; advanced verbal communication preferred.
• Ability to write routine reports.

Responsibilities

• Directs, monitors and motivates service professionals to provide quality service to all customers.
• Provides continuous, in-field training and coaching to service professionals.
• Inspects pest management work to ensure compliance with standards.
• Conducts random quality audits of accounts per branch goals.
• Servicing pest routes when necessary.
• In-field with service professionals at least 90% of the time.
