Job summary

Rentokil delivers pest control services and is part of the Rentokil family. We seek an in-field trainer to coach and supervise service professionals, ensuring delivery of high-quality service across customers.

The role requires hands-on field work, ongoing training, and quality audits to uphold company standards. You will guide technicians, monitor routes, and help maintain safety and customer satisfaction while working with a national team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2-year degree preferred but not required.
• 1-2 years of industry experience required.
• Knowledge of service protocols for commercial pest and rodent management.
• Ability to read safety rules and operating manuals.

Responsibilities

• Directs, monitors and motivates service professionals to provide quality service.
• Provides continuous, in-field training and coaching to service professionals.
• Inspects pest management work to ensure compliance with standards.
• Conducts random quality audits of accounts to meet branch goals.
• Takes responsibility of servicing pest routes when necessary.
• Be in the field with service professionals at the minimum of 90% of the time.
