Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Hire, onboard, train, and engage frontline sales colleagues in the designated area.
• Coordinate collaboration between Sales and Operations within territory.
• Lead weekly performance meetings and skill development sessions.
• Provide ongoing technical training on services in the territory.
• Mentor team, monitor activity standards, and drive revenue goals.
