Job summary

GEA Group is seeking a Field Service Technician Team Lead for the Midwest region, ideally based near Houston or Oklahoma. The role focuses on leading a high-performing field team, performing advanced troubleshooting, and coaching junior technicians while delivering exceptional service on refrigeration systems.

The position requires strong diagnostic skills, a background in industrial refrigeration, and the ability to travel up to 90% to customer sites through the US.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED required.
• ANSI/IIAR-6 certification required or must obtain certification within 1 year.
• RETA CIRO Certification is preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in industrial refrigeration
• Capable of reading P&IDs and electrical schematics
• Ability to travel 90% of the time.
