Job summary

Enerflex Ltd. is looking for an experienced field technician in Houston, Texas, to lead field service operations for natural gas refrigeration and process systems. The role requires extensive experience in refrigeration, the ability to train junior technicians, and a commitment to outstanding customer service.

Qualified candidates will have over 10 years of experience, relevant certifications, and proficiency in troubleshooting electrical systems. This position includes travel and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 10+ years experience in refrigeration and process systems.
• Must have universal EPA certification.
• Proficient with desktops - Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and training to junior technicians.
• Diagnose system and component failures independently.
• Lead installations of new units accurately.
• Accountable for accurate field service reporting.

Skills

Refrigeration and process systems experience

Advanced mechanical and electrical abilities

Proficient with PLC software/Micro Processors

Ability to lead installations and startups

Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen

Education

High school diploma or GED

Certification in Refrigeration Theory and Principles

Universal EPA certification
