Job summary

RD&S is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to lead a team of technicians and drive quality field work across customer sites. You will own team performance, safety, and process adherence while advancing technical capabilities through training and mentorship.

The role requires strong industrial refrigeration experience, a high school diploma with refrigeration-specific training, and the ability to travel up to 90% locally.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; refrigeration-specific training preferred.
• Technical/trade school certificate in refrigeration.
• RETA certifications (1-4) and IR 1-19/CR 1-20 modules are advantageous.
• Ability to travel up to 90% locally for service work.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of a professional work environment based on company values.
• Ensure RD&S standards are met at customer sites.
• Serve as first point of contact for technicians on technical matters.
• Supervise and coach field technicians; ensure timely, properly formatted work orders.
• Coordinate work with the Service Coordinator.
• Oversee preventive maintenance tasks and proper documentation with the Preventive Maintenance Coordinator.
• Review customer stock/inventory to maximize system uptime.
• Lead ongoing technical development and safety training for the team.
