Job summary

Brown Equipment Company is seeking a high-energy leader to drive our Parts & Service Sales and Mobile Service teams across multiple states. You will lead PSSRs and Mobile Service Technicians, foster strong customer relationships, and grow aftermarket parts and service revenue through strategic expansion and excellent field support.

You'll spend substantial time in the field with teams and customers, shaping coverage, training, and service delivery in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree is preferred, but relevant experience is valued.
• Experience leading teams across multiple locations or states.
• Heavy equipment/industrial background preferred and ERP/CRM familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop PSSRs and Mobile Service Technicians across states.
• Drive parts and service sales growth by identifying opportunities and strengthening relationships.
• Spend time in the field with team members and customers to stay informed.
• Expand PSSR coverage and Mobile Service capabilities into new markets.
• Establish clear expectations, processes and performance measures across territories.
