TIME Manufacturing Company, Inc. is seeking a Parts & Service Sales Representative to drive aftermarket revenue growth in an assigned US territory through parts, service, inspections, maintenance agreements, and mobile service solutions.

This field-based role builds strong customer relationships, identifies opportunities, and serves as the primary aftermarket contact during the customer lifecycle, collaborating with Equipment Sales for seamless transitions after new equipment delivery.

Qualifications

• Aftersales or service experience in B2B environments required.
• Bachelor's degree in business/sales/tech or equivalent 10 years with HS diploma.
• Proven ability to develop and manage an aftermarket sales pipeline using CRM.
• Strong communication, presentation, and training skills.
• Willingness to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth of aftermarket revenue across parts, service, inspections, and maintenance agreements.
• Conduct proactive field visits, fleet reviews, and business development activities within the territory.
• Develop new accounts and expand relationships with existing customers.
• Collaborate with Equipment Sales to ensure seamless transitions from new equipment delivery to aftermarket support.
• Maintain an active pipeline and document activities in HubSpot.
• Travel throughout the assigned territory and engage customers face-to-face.
