Job summary

Brown Equipment in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Parts and Service Sales Representative (PSSR) to drive field sales of parts and service solutions. You will visit customers daily, build relationships, promote maintenance offerings, and help customers maximize equipment uptime.

The role rewards competitive base pay with uncapped commissions, and includes a company vehicle, fuel card, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and goal-driven.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Organized and able to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
• Prior sales experience preferred.
• Parts and service industry experience strongly preferred.
• Mechanical, hydraulic, or technical aptitude is a major plus.
• Must reside within or near the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Promote parts, service, preventative maintenance, and repair solutions.
• Help customers extend equipment life and reduce costly downtime.
• Work closely with Equipment Consultants and internal teams.
• Visit customer locations throughout your assigned territory.
• Deliver consultative solutions that set BEC apart.
• Become a trusted advisor your customers rely on.
