FleetPride is seeking a Service Manager – Mobile to lead field operations, drive service quality, and support profitability across assigned territories. You will manage mobile technicians, schedule work, and ensure on-site repairs meet quality and safety standards.

This role requires strong field leadership, P&L oversight, and the ability to communicate clearly with customers and branch teams. Expect travel up to 70% and non-traditional hours to support customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Computer literate with MS Office and Google Docs.
• Willing to travel up to 70%.
• Proven mobile service operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and mentor mobile service technicians and ensure safety compliance.
• Oversee scheduling, dispatch, and workflow management for mobile service operations.
• Direct field activities to ensure timely, high-quality repairs at customer sites.
