Job summary

FleetPride is seeking a Service Manager – Mobile to lead on-site mobile service operations, drive service quality, and contribute to EBITDA and profitability. You will supervise technicians, coordinate field work across territories, and ensure customers receive timely, expert repairs at their sites.

Travel up to 70% is required; you will partner with branch and regional leadership, maintain safety standards, and continuously improve service delivery.

Qualifications

• Mobile Service Manager oversees on-site service operations and profitability.
• Recruit, train, and mentor mobile service technicians and enforce safety standards.
• Coordinate scheduling, dispatching, and field activities across territories.
• Build long-term customer relationships and identify preventive maintenance opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead mobile service operations across territories with efficient scheduling.
• Direct field activities to ensure timely, high-quality repairs at customer sites.
• Manage technician dispatch to optimize response times and productivity.
