Prestige Fleet Services in the United States is seeking a Regional Service Manager to oversee Mobile Technicians across a designated region. You will lead a team, drive productivity, and ensure safety and service quality while expanding the customer base.

The role requires strong leadership, sales experience, mechanical know-how, and a willingness to travel up to 50%. The company offers comprehensive benefits and a performance-based pay structure with potential to exceed $100k annually through

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 50% travel within designated region.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a management or leadership role.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in Sales.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Mechanical experience and knowledge.
• Must be at least 21 yrs. of age.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and mentor Mobile Technicians in the designated region.
• Lead a team to drive productivity and growth.
• Coordinate regular meetings with technicians to engage and mentor.
• Provide leadership to ensure efficiency, productivity and safety.
• Market and support operations of the business.
• Collaborate with customers to provide solutions that meet requirements.
• Drive new business in developing markets and support existing markets.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
