Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Field Service professional in the United States to install and support video systems at client sites. The role involves Azure/Linux/Windows environments, up to 75% travel, and compliance with CJIS security standards.

You will train users, resolve technical issues, and guide partners during hardware deployments while collaborating with management on project goals. A background in public safety tech and relevant certifications is advantageous with competitive salary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in LMR, RF systems, or related public safety technologies.
• CompTIA certification(s) preferred and background clearance ability.
• Strong networking and IT systems knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Carry out major and minor installations and support Motorola Video apps at client sites.
• Install and support In-Car Video and Body Worn Camera hardware.
• Train end users on end-to-end video system usage.
• Provide expert advice to partners or customers on hardware deployments.
