Actus Consulting Group in Hillsboro, Oregon is seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide on-site and remote technical support for semiconductor capital equipment. The role focuses on diagnosing complex issues, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Candidates should hold an Electrical Engineering degree, have field service or semiconductor experience, and be willing to travel domestically.

Competenze

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Previous work experience in a similar position preferred (Semiconductor FSE).
• Experience with installation, maintenance, and sustaining of semiconductor capital equipment.
• Technical troubleshooting experience.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, on-call.
• Domestic/overseas travel for training and tool support.

Mansioni

• Field Service Engineering at customer sites.
• Respond to service calls and determine customer needs.
• Provide remote consultation and schedule repairs as needed.
• Perform preventative maintenance on company products.
• Establish and manage local maintenance service structure.
• Inspect and evaluate customer usage of Company products.
• Provide training on product usage and maintenance to customers.
• Liaise between customer and applications programmer for requests.
• Research market needs and customer applications of Company products.
• Submit service and expense reports promptly.
