Job summary

PFU America, Inc. in Cleveland, OH is seeking an Electronics Technician for on-site service and maintenance of Ricoh scanner products.

You will perform repairs, preventative maintenance, and user training, while meeting SLA requirements and traveling to client sites within the territory. The role requires an Associate degree in Electronics (or equivalent), 2–3 years of hands-on experience, proficiency with Windows and MS Office, and the ability to read technical service manuals.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electronics or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years of electronics technician experience with the ability to read and understand technical service manuals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows OS; MS Office is a plus.
• CompTIA A+ certification preferred.
• Ability to travel to client sites; physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform repair and service on Ricoh products; complete tasks within SLA.
• Conduct ScanCare preventative maintenance and user training; install drivers and software.
• Maintain inventory and ensure parts returns; document calls in ServiceNow.
• Travel across territory; coordinate with field service management as needed.
• Adhere to company policies and complete all training; overtime as required.
